The famous song Jane Kaha Mera Jigar Gaya Ji (from Mr and Mrs 55) still haunts romantics today. The absolutely fantastic Mohammed Rafi-Geeta Dutt song is remembered for many reasons, but one special reason is the dimpled heroine of the song, Vinita Bhatt (who pairs with the inimitable Johnny Walker in the film).
Not much is known about Ms Bhatt's background, except perhaps that she hailed from Kashmir. She took a break from films but returned to star in the film Rustum Sohrab (1963). It looks like she didn't do too many films after that. She married a make-up artist Jimmy Vining.

Incidentally, the famous Suraiya song Ye Kaisi Ajab Dastan Ho Gayi Hai and Talat Mehmood's melodious Mazandaran both belong to the film Rustom Sohrab .
